Order Tracking

You’ll receive your Aramex tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use that tracking number to track your delivery directly with Aramex.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed, our delivery partners will contact you via WhatsApp and attempt delivery - three times over three consecutive days. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned automatically.
