Return Conditions
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits or intimates.
Return Process (UAE Orders)

We’ll schedule a pickup via Aramex within 1–2 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
A return shipping fee of AED 21 applies, and the original shipping fee paid at checkout will also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, please contact us at info@airethelabel.com to arrange this. We’ll check availability and if stock allows, arrange the exchange for you.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after 3 consecutive days, the order will be automatically returned to us unless you contact us within that time to reschedule. Once returned, your order will be refunded.
